Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are not permitted on the Klovex Service. It is part of the Klovex Terms of Service. We may refuse, suspend or terminate access for any breach of this AUP.

1. You must respect connected platforms

Klovex acts as a tool on top of third-party advertising platforms. You may not use Klovex to:

• violate the developer terms, advertising policies, community guidelines or branding requirements of any connected platform (including TikTok For Business Developers Terms, Meta Platform Terms, Google Ads API Terms, etc.);
• request access scopes you do not need or store data beyond what those scopes permit;
• circumvent rate limits or platform-enforced safeguards through Klovex;
• mask or misrepresent the source of API traffic.

2. You must respect the law

You agree not to use Klovex in connection with content or campaigns that are illegal in any jurisdiction in which they run, including:

• fraud, scams, deceptive practices, phishing or social engineering;
• infringement of intellectual-property rights or rights of publicity;
• distribution of malware, spyware or other unwanted software;
• activity targeted at children that does not comply with applicable youth-protection law;
• any campaigns that are illegal in the jurisdictions where they run (including unlicensed gambling, regulated financial services without the required licenses, or pharmaceuticals in markets where they require authorization).

3. You must not abuse the Service

You may not:

• probe, scan or attempt to test the vulnerability of any Klovex system or network without our prior written consent (responsible disclosure goes to security@klovex.xyz);
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, data or network you are not permitted to access;
• reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it beyond what the Service UI and documented APIs allow, or interfere with its operation;
• resell or sublicense Klovex functionality as a competing product without our prior written consent;
• build derivative datasets from connected-platform data for use outside the Service;
• use Klovex to send unsolicited communications, spam or bulk-messaging campaigns.

4. You must protect your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe, for the activity that happens under your account and for any actions Klovex takes on connected ad accounts under your authorization. Notify us immediately at security@klovex.xyz if you suspect your account has been compromised.

5. Fair use

Klovex provides generous default usage quotas. We may apply soft rate-limits to protect Service quality for all customers. Sustained usage that materially exceeds typical patterns may be subject to a custom usage agreement.

6. Enforcement

Where we identify a potential breach we will, where reasonable, try to contact the affected customer first. For severe breaches — for example, ongoing fraud or sustained abuse of a connected platform's API — we may suspend access without prior notice. Repeat breaches lead to permanent termination.

7. Reporting abuse

If you believe a Klovex customer is using the Service in a way that violates this AUP, please email abuse@klovex.xyz with as much detail as you can share.
