Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. Pricing is a flat monthly fee. Klovex's revenue should not be aligned with how much you spend on ads — that creates perverse incentives.
Can we pay in PLN or EUR?
We invoice in EUR. PLN is available on request for Polish customers. We accept SEPA transfer and major cards.
What happens to our beta pricing when we launch publicly?
Beta customers keep their preferential pricing for at least 12 months after general availability.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly billing means you can cancel at the end of any billing period. We do not have multi-year lock-ins.
