What does Klovex do?
Klovex is a control plane for performance marketing. You connect your own ad accounts (TikTok, Meta, Google Ads) via OAuth and manage campaigns, pull reports, and consolidate analytics across all of them from one dashboard.
Which ad platforms are supported?
TikTok Marketing API is the primary integration during beta. Meta Marketing API and Google Ads API are planned and will follow on after the TikTok integration is generally available.
Do you run ads on our behalf?
No. Klovex is a tool you use to operate accounts you already own and control. We never own ad inventory or buy ads on behalf of any third party.
Can multiple teammates use the same workspace?
Yes. Workspaces support multiple seats; the Agency plan adds SSO and SCIM provisioning.
Data & privacy
Where is data stored?
In the European Union. Our application is hosted on Vercel and our database on Neon, both in EU regions. See the DPA for the full sub-processor list.
Do you resell our data?
No. We don't resell access, we don't build derivative datasets, and we don't share data with anyone beyond what you explicitly approve.
How do we delete our data?
From Settings → Connected accounts (per platform) or Workspace → Danger zone (the whole workspace). The Data deletion page has the full walkthrough and a request-by-email path.
Can we sign a DPA?
Yes. The text is published at /dpa. Email privacy@klovex.xyz for a counter-signed copy.
Security
How do you store our OAuth tokens?
Envelope encryption: AES-256-GCM at rest, data keys managed in a managed KMS. Production access is gated by SSO + 2FA and audit-logged.
Do you do penetration testing?
We run a continuous internal review and bring in a third-party assessment ahead of GA. Customers can request a summary under NDA.
How do we report a vulnerability?
Email security@klovex.xyz. We acknowledge within 48 hours; details in /security.
Billing
Do you charge a percent of ad spend?
No. Flat monthly fee — see /pricing.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly billing means you can cancel at the end of any billing cycle. No multi-year lock-ins.

Who is behind Klovex?
A small team of engineers and former in-house performance marketers, registered as a software company in Poland.
Do you have a status page?
A public status page is on the roadmap. For now, downtime notifications go out to the email on file.
